Ramy Automotive is a family business from sunny Dubai. They have four branch offices (Dubai-UAE, Musaffah-Abu Dhabi, Muscat-Oman and Cairo-Egypt).
Apart from their exhibition premises, RAMY also has their own fully equipped workshops where a team of qualified mechanics install the purchased parts and help to customise the vehicles for each and every customer.
Ramy Automotive is one of the biggest car parts retailers in the region. Their history goes back to 1992, while they specialise in all-terrain vehicles and thereto related lifestyle.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
For our client we have developed an online store on the Magento platform. Currently, Magento is the most flexible e-commerce platform. It is a masterpiece as it offers endless options to technology buffs. Magento supports several currencies, tax rates, product groups, groups of customers… It is easy to integrate with various payment systems such as PayPal for example.
Magento e-commerce looks professionally and well organised. The platform provides the largest number of functions and options possible allowing you to build the optimal e-commerce. It comprises virtually everything, from promotional activities, to private sales, customer segmentation…
The online store Ramyautomotive.com is integrated with the PayFort payment system and NetSuite systems (ERP and CRM).
The store also features a high-performance car parts finder (Product Parts Finder) and the Sphinx tool allowing the following: “Search Spell-Correction”, “Search AutoComplete” & “Suggestions”.
